so in the last couple of weeks I have taken him to Ruth's Chris and Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse. This weekend we are having family over. So I need to make a meal that'll measure up ha
The plan is to do Franklin's pinto beans and slaw, and smoke a couple of pork butts. MIL is making some homemade mac&cheese. I am making a NC style sauce and I am going to try Franklin's espresso sauce. First time trying it out.
Supposed to rain but just means we will all spend the afternoon indoors!

FWIW I think Franklin's espresso sauce goes great with beef, so you may need to throw on a brisket or beef ribs.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The Franklin pinto's are really good, but I cut his salt amount in half
