Egghead football plans.

Well college football is almost here and really kicks off Labor Day weekend on the 31st. We always have a crowd at the Bama Kitchen at my house on the first day.  I’ll be doing brisket, butts and baby back ribs this time. Plus all the extras and maybe a few cold beer. Thinking about adding pork belly this time. What’s everyone doing for their kickoff day?
ROLL TIDE!!!!

    I wish I was.
  • We’re having a college football kickoff party at our house on Aug 31, pork butts, apps and all the fixings.

However, this Saturday the Florida Gators take on the Miami Hurricanes. So I think some spare ribs will be in order.
