Found out that my new butcher has plate ribs. And when you live in a town with a population of roughly 7,000 that is pretty good news.

@gonepostal - Better to be lucky than good any day. Great score with the ribs but better the access to those quality ribs. Plates for the win, every time. And that corn bread chaser to close the deal.Daily double right there and the trifecta three bone banquet! Congrats!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Fried cornbread. I haven’t made that in ages. I need to fix that. Well done.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
