So, I was in Sam's to pick up some eggs OTW home from work today, checked out their prime meats case, and saw they had a couple of prime full packers...one of which was only 7 and almost 3/4 lbs. I've never seen a full packer this small...and the flat wasn't paper thin like you might expect from such a small one. Only problem, I bought a 12.x lbs prime full packer at Costco a few days ago...so now I have 2 in the bottom of the fridge. I'd cook the smaller one tomorrow, but I already had a marinated flank steak defrosting from a 2-pack I bought before our summer vacation.

Not that I could eat that much quickly enough, but this has me wondering if a LBGE with the adjustable rig R&B combo can handle two small full packers at the same time.

I only have the one oval grid the combo came with + one of their round grids...but the little one might fit up top.
