Lemon n Herbed Chicken with Asparagus

Options
Started out  browning some thighs in vegetable oil(2 skin on) on the gasser burner    Then added some crushed garlic to the drippings followed by lemon juice, chicken stock and some fresh thyme,oregano and parsley and lemon slices 


Moved to the egg for the final baking while the Parmesan asparagus was getting happy 


Took asparagus off and moved chicken up to help crisp the skin a bit more
 

And plated up.  Damn nice flavors in this dish.
