Lamb Chops

Been following the forum for years. Finally decided to stop being selfish and share a little. Here are a few lamb chops marinaded in a chimichurri. Just basic rack of lamb on sale at the local Sam’s. Cooked direct and elevated to about 130

Is chimmichuri bought, or made? I have never tried it, but see it here all the time...1 LBGE, 1 SBGE, 1 KBQ and a 26" Blackstone near Blackstone, Virginia

Made. It's easy. Parsley, basil, oregano, cilantro (or any combination), some red pepper flakes, S&P into a food processor, add some olive oil, S&P, a little garlic and you are good to go.rifrench said:Is chimmichuri bought, or made? I have never tried it, but see it here all the time...
