    My friend has a picture of a plate with bacon and eggs as his wallpaper on his phone. You wouldn't believe the comments he gets. "Wait, your background is bacon and eggs? Seriously? Bacon and eggs?" I've heard that on multiple occasions. Pretty funny.

    As mentioned above, here are the standard low-grade pics of tonight's reverse sear caveman finish 2 lb and 2 inch thick prime from Costco:
    The reverse sear piece-took around 1.3 hrs at 250*F to get to about 118*F.

    And the low-grade money shot.  I swear the poor focus was not influenced by brown water.
