Mayhaw Glazed Baby Backs and a Couple Other Things

Well, big thanks to @Biggreenpharmacist who sent me Strawberry’s Rub and Mayhaw Jelly from Arkansas in this year’s exchange. They went to good use today!






Also planked some salmon on the gasser when the ribs were glazing. Used the Cavender’s he sent. The plank caught on fire (soaked it and everything. . . never seen that before.

Also made some tart cherry, foraged blackberry and local blueberry cobbler. That’s a first for me. It was tasty.



Plate and table and bellies all were full.

And we didn’t even eat the Strawberry’s Rub chicken thighs! Those are for during the week.

Looks great! I just had some Mayhaw Jelly in NOLA never heard of it before but it was great I will have to try it on ribs.
