Scott, that looks really good! Is it hot/spicy? I have tried several blackening seasoning recipes and they've all been flavorful, but not particularly spicy. Your ingredients are similar to the last blend I tried. Maybe I just need to find a better source for spices.

Looks great. You're inspiring me to break mine out. Got it for Christmas and used it once for steaks and twice to maintain mash temp when making beer. I need to put it to use.

@Carolina Q As you said, flavorful, but not spicy. I even added some Dizzy Pig Ghost! Guess it needs more cayenne. Plus I didn’t have white pepper...Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.
