Saw a post with smoked macaroni and cheese that used this Hatch Chili.
Just a little test as nachos. Nice flavor and mellow bite. Honestly, probably not best use of these but pretty good.

@northGAcock was kind enough to send me a jar of their red enchilada/tamale sauce several moons ago. I thought it was pretty good.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

This is a fairly big jar. It was a featured end isle item at Costco on my last list. Think around $8 for the jar.northGAcock said:

I get the 16 oz size. It doesn't go bad quickly....but a better size for my usage. I want eat scrambled eggs any more unless its covered with the green chiles. Great stuff if you ask me.Photo Egg said:

At.
All!
As mentioned above, try them in eggs, on burgers, in beans, even plain in a bowl with garlic and salt!
They're even good mixed in with chocolate brownie mix, but not so much on chocolate ice cream.“The best way to execute french cooking is to get good and loaded and whack the hell out of a chicken."
