Cooked two Tomahawks indirect at 320° until IT of 118°, then removed and tented and seared for two mins/side at 500°. Sorry only beginning and end shots, no money shot...we were hungry! Rubbed one with Montreal and one with Dizzy's Cowlick. Both were good.
