Leftover Brisket Tacos a Success

Have not made these before but turned out really well. Simmered some beef broth and onions with chili powder, cumin, paprika, S&P. Added the brisket and simmered down. Used a bit too much liquid but really infused some good flavor in the brisket.

Beautiful! Local place that has overserved me drinks for years now does a simple brisket taco special on Tuesdays. Huge hit. .
