I didn't get to have 20th anniversay ribs Monday night. But she's in Boulder, CO. (I'm joining her tomorrow)

So, tonight, ribs.

Turbo. Drifted between 325 and 350.

    Ribs look great.. I just have a problem with having dogs in the same room as food. =)

    Ribs are awesome but I would say if they get way past the bend test... Better never than too late (when it comes to ribs)
