Great Pork Belly Burnt Ends - Then An Unwelcome Surprise

I enjoyed cooking these tasty bites, then it started snowing...and snowing...and snowing. One foot in less than six hours. Springtime in Southern Colorado. I was mowing the lawn this time last week.

    Thank-you. That's one of the many benefits of being retired. I can enjoy the view and not have to worry about driving to work on days like this.

    Great looking cook and result.  Congrats.  Nailed that color as well.  Nice view as well absent the snow.  But it comes with the territory-I get it.
