Turbo pork picnic

Has anyone done a pork picnic turbo style? I’m fixing to try it and wondered how it turned out.

    Picnic? Probably not as I almost always buy butts. However, no reason you can't do it. Mine are usually around 300-320° dome temp. They turn out great!

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
