Turkey burgers
Utilized some Trader Joe’s umami seasoning. Black truffle butter, red onion, and portobellos topped with Swiss.

Wow looks great! How is the umami seasoning?

The umami season was simply blended into the ground turkey. Once the patties were formed I spread a little Japanese crack on the patties then topped with truffle salt and black pepper.
I also used the umami seasoning with the onions and mushrooms while sautéing in black truffle butter.
The umami seasoning added great flavor while in my opinion didn’t overwhelm or take away from anything else.
I liked and enjoyed the end results for what it’s worth!
