Very nice! I had heard that BGE is shipping the bands already assembled soon. Was that the case for your order? Seems like it would be be a huge time saver, especially for EggFests!

No, the bands still needed to be assembled. That is why my fingers were so sore. Not all the acorn nuts thread properly. They did ship with the new rain caps instead of the cast iron daisy wheel. Maybe next year we will enjoy not making bands!

About the same as last year; believe it is 200 plus the stack of MiniMax's like last year.

@SamIAm2 - As above, every year the sheer magnitude of this fest and your efforts are off the charts. Most impressive. I hope you get to enjoy some of the fest but your above posts indicate you will be deep into helping out-and much appreciated I am sure.

Well, Wassi certainly has blown this event up over the past few years. Tons of Eggs cookin’, all you could ask for to eat, and lots of new Egg gear and other bbq paraphenalia. Eggsucculent!

Got off work in time to go, appreciate my crew for busting out the job this morning.
Only stayed an hour, got really frustrated by people standing in front of tables and talking to each other, not even talking to the cooks, while others waited in line to sample and compliment the cooks.
Sampled a lot of great cooks , I appreciate the effort the cooks went through to do this. Also, the vendors were really helpful and polite, at least the ones I talked to.

@PoppasGrill and SteveWPBFL - Glad you both made it And sorry I missed you. I was busy putting Teryaki Hangar steak and Asian slaw in the morning and had my head down . We were putting out Wassis’s sausage and Teres Major steaks with teryaki sauce . Just got home and I am bushed.
Ignore the last photo. That was part of last evening ‘s meet and greet dinner. Too tired to figure out how to delete it...

That teriyaki hangar steak was delish! Eggfest was great, as usual. Wassi's does an amazing job.
