So after finding out my wifes favorite chocolate chip cookie is a recipe out of the below cookbook. I just decided to buy the whole book. It really is an extraordinary read and is similar to Aaron franklins bbq book in the way it gives a lot of the reasons for why a certain technique is done. I highly recommend checking it out.
