Costco makes good on pre-cooked ribs

Last weekend while in Frisco, TX bought pre-cooked ribs at Costco (https://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1218955/ot-costco-pre-cooked-ribs#latest).

Today was in Austin Costco and i mentioned the story to one of the managers. In 5 mins had a full refund (no receipt).

Just wanted to say how fair Costco is. Outstanding service.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    You can't beat their return policy for almost anything. I had a Keurig for over 2 years that went Tango/Uniform, took it into Costco return counter got a full refund and bought the same model for $20 less. I really like Costco

    That is an inspiring story! This is what will (hopefully) save brick and mortar retail stores, I hope so,otherwise I'll be out of business :) I have been lucky enough to never of have to return anything to Costco, but again, it's nice to know...

    I had some KY Jelly that I used about 1/2 the tube and returned it a week after purchase. No questions asked.

    Another good thing to know if you see somethings price drop that you bought previously even if it was a year ago you can just buy a new one and take it to the return desk and they will give you the price back from the original purchase.

    @thetrim With that usage rate you won't get any calluses or go blind!
