R.D. and another rib cook

Hi Folks,

I joined the KCBS so I could get day passes to RD, I walked in yesterday to get my pass and instead of a day pass she gave me a permanent card, pretty stoked about that. Since you guys have been teasing me with all the rib cooks I decided it was time for another batch. The only drawback of RD is your buying in bulk, not Costco bulk, more like feeding an Army bulk. I picked up 20 lbs..

All cut up, some for now and some for later...

So on the egg they went, a little S+P and Texas Post Oak.. Note the new Komado Joe adjustable rig I have, don't be jealous 😁

And finally plated, ribs, corn and beans... This did not suck! Now that I can get beef ribs at a fair price I see many more of these cooks in my future!
