This is my favorite way to cook flank steak now. Try a caveman style sear next time!

we eat flank steak almost every week, i should try this. i have had the sous vide for a year and a half and its still in the box. i even have a container and lid for it.... anyway, do you put anything in the bag or rub on the flank before you put in it or do you just bag it and bath it?

I seasoned it before sealing it in the bad. Sat in the frig for about 2 hours before taking a bath.
