....including a long walk along the Congaree River. What you see on the left is actually a canal.

The Congaree River water was a little lower than normal....but flowing nicely.

Tree leaves are popping out....and you can't overlook the beauty of the Spanish moss.

Came home and prepped some some chicken and veggies for stir fry.

My pup dog Kodi, dug himself a mighty fine hole. He was proud of him self. Much yard work to do in the coming weeks.

I start with some starched chicken and peanut oil.

In go the veggies and the magic begins.....
Finished with garlic sauce and a little General Tso sauce. It was goooooooooood chit.Had a a great day outdoors....thanks for allowing me to share it with you....hope you have had a good one too....

Nice day here in the NGA mountains too. It hit 70, not a cloud in the sky, low humidity, leaves starting to pop, azalea blooms starting to peak out from their slumber.
Spent all day opening up the camper, airing it out, washing it, etc...
Your wokked meal looks great. -
I have to watch the carb intake, but today was don't even bother counting carbs day, so biscuits, gravy and hash browns for breakfast, sub sandwiches and chips for lunch and fried chicken and biscuits for supper. Made the day even better.
Back to carb counting tomorrow. -
I think I will invest in a wok now. That looks amazing!Las Vegas, NV

Yes sir! It was a good day here in the midwest too. My daughter and I planted some lettuce and cucumber seeds in the garden boxes. Also dug some holes for the raspberry bushes. She enjoyed the worms we found.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

SOAB im jealous still have at least 24" of packed snow to go here. The asphalt is finally showing on my driveway, but we were all outside today as it was the nicest day so far at about 60. Was up at the camp an hour north last weekend and snow is still an easy 6' in spots. Crazy year
