Had to stop at Whole Foods on the way back from taking my daughter to school. I needed to get some organic greens to feed her pet tortoise, then I saw something I couldn't resist:

I thought about putting a rub on them, but decided to keep it simple with a health ration of salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. On the egg at 250 indirect:

They cooked much faster than I thought, but pulled them at around 185 deg.
