Smoked some corned beef for Rubens. It’s always a big hit and a pretty easy cook.

Thanks guys. It’s incredible how good it turns out on the egg. The sandwich is so much better than I have ever had at a restaurant.

I have one in the fridge ready to smoke tomorrow. What was your method/recipe?

Sure. I put in on the egg at 250 with pecan or maple wood indirect for about 4 hours. Then pull it off the egg and put it in pan with water sliced yellow onions and garlic cloves and cover it with foil. Then it goes into the oven at 250 for anywhere from 4 to 6 hours until it’s good and tender. Then I let it cool and slice it with my meat slicer to desired thickness.
