2nd weekend with the egg

So Friday started out with some reverse seared ribeyes with a butter mix on top and some roasted veggies.  Saturday was wings with a white sauce and jalapeño poppers. Finished the weekend off with a spatchcock chicken and some radishes, mushrooms, garlic and onion in CI.  Put the CI veggies under the chicken which made it indirect and had to cook longer than planned. So the veggies cooked longer than planned, even though I pulled them about 20 min before the chicken, so they were a little blackened, but still were delicious.  So I did my first beer can chicken earlier this week and this is my first spatchcock, my wife and I both liked this one better, but in all fairness I learned a few things in prepping on the first one that helped this one.  Bottom line is both birds were delicious and better than the store bought rotisserie chicken.  So, just over a week as an egger and loving every meal. Sorry for the pics being out of order, seems I haven’t figured that out yet.
