Double Butts....

So look.  I know I could use twine, I didn't have any and it wasn't that serious. Positive note, Paracord works just fine.  This is basically TWO butts together... (It's the one in the middle in second pic and it's a LOT of pork). Also smoking today, prime Chuck roast and slab of pork belly..

  • I've been into John Henry's lately. The Pig Rub is what it's called, literally. Their Brown Sugar maple maple rub is INSANE on Pork BELLY. Honey Hog from meat church is a fav also.

    Driven both... One big difference, in Alaska you’re lucky to see a 60mph sign

    In Texas I have seen a 70mph sign 200 yards from a stoplight
