Just saw this recipe that sort of intrigues me - but since we no longer have a local eggfest I'm offering this up for any takers!

Red Pepper Taco Boats
TOTAL: 40 MIN - 8 SERVINGS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1.25 oz. package taco seasoning
  • 12 mini sweet peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Diced tomato, shredded lettuce and sour cream, to garnish
Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

    No Ron. These aren't even close to ABT's. This is a stuffed pepper. Not even a hot pepper. Bad Ron is BAD!

    It is Friday, I guess you have to expect the criticism. Looks easy and interesting Ron. Probably could make a dinner out of them, depending on the size of the peppers. Wrapped in bacon would be good too.

    This actually sounds good, maybe I’ll give it a try sometime soon with Norah Grace.

    What are these called if my sweet peppers are yellow, orange, and green?
