when using the FireBoard controller and fan with a ConvEggtor should you allow the fan to bring you up to temperture or bring it up yourself then add the fan?

I do the former.

I’ve tried using the controller and always overshoot my target temp. If you use it set target temp 50 degrees less and then bump up as needed.

I set it to temp, let the fan do the work and let it stabilize for an hourish once at temp.
