Beef Tenderloin on the Small
Photo Egg
Posts: 12,137
Had a great Mardi Gras Party lined up yesterday then a photo shoot popped up at the same time.
I already committed to cooking a beef tenderloin. Fortunately the shoot was almost next door to the party so dropped it off and walked sulking next door as friends taunted me from the balcony waving drinks and shots...

That looks delicious. Must have been hard to drop that off and walk away. I would have needed to take a sample. You know, for quality control reasons.--------------------------------------------------

Yes, we are signed up to cook at Athens again and have talked our local friends into cooking again as well.
They are not doing a very good job of updating and communicating this year.
Darleen is not helping this year and Big Al is no longer running the Fishery and it shows. Hope it all works out. If nothing else...we will have a hell of a party at the hotel.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
