Decided on some carnitas for the Superbowl 

Made a paste of garlic, cilantro, honey, cumin, chili powder, oregano, pork rub, salt and pepper, and evoo 

rubbed a 5 lb boneless butt

on the egg at 350 for a couple hours 

sliced up some peppers, onions, and garlic and put into a Dutch oven with some OJ, lime juice and chipotles in adobo

into the oven at 350 for a couple more hours
