Chicken and Sausage Biscuit Pie

Mattman3969 you asked for a cook. The Spouse has the flu, wanted pot pie. Got chicken thighs, breast, and pork sausage with fried potatoes and onion, and mixed veggies. Grands topping. Minnesota Lutheran pot luck sized cook because we freeze individual sized meals.

Hint: precook the biscuits or flip them part way through. The wet side does not cook in the Egg. You don't really cook a pot pie in the Egg, you just heat it.blasting said:

Nice. We don't really do biscuits over here, just scones which are basically the same but sweet not savoury. This looks good enough to try, my 14 year old is keen so I'm under pressure now.

@Doc_Eggerton just spotted the bottle of Grouse in the picture. IMO the best standard blended Scotch.

I used to use those biscuits on my chicken pot pie, but I always had trouble with them cooking through. I switched to drop biscuits and have never looked back.
It does look good though.
