First meat lump on the egg

We did our first meat loaf on the XL. Cooked it at 300 with a few chunks of apple wood. Pulled it off at 160. Very tasty !

The glaze is a mixture of BBQ sauce I had in the fridge. I find some of the store bought sauce can be either too sweet or too smokey.Dollinger said:what did you use for a glaze?
And yes, just getting used to using the AR. AT Christmas we went to pick up the turkey from our butcher/ BGE dealer and spending $$$$ for the turkey.
