onion bombs, bacon onion rings...oh my

tried these out.....made a Italian meatball, put 1" cheese cube in center, stuffed it into onion, wrapped with bacon, dusted with Gospel rub.  425 for about 40 minutes.  Top deck was bacon wrapped onion rings, sprinkled with rub....took out then drizzled in real maple syrup.  Yummy. 
The chicken tenders an afterthought.
