Looks fantastic, Darian! We've switched back to grilled hamburgers, from smashburgers, for a while. Each way is great.....just a totally different experience, IMO. Also, that's exactly how I cook bacon in my oven all the time, but never thought of doing it like that on the BGE. Thanks for the inspiration!!
