Iv had a lot of eggs. Something has cracked on all but 2 of them and I’ve never owned any more than 6-7 years. At one point I had a mini, small, medium and 2 larges. That small never cracked. I got the 2nd MM ever sold from what I know @JRWhitee got the first from Roswell Hardware it only had a fire ring crack. Besides that I has numerous parts crack but a mini base, medium base, large base, and XL base over 10 yrs or so.

Mine is about 10 years old and the only original parts are the dome, the fire ring and the dfmt top. Can't remember how old my Mini is but all the parts are original on it.

Mine's got to be about 10. I had the fire grid and dome thermo each replaced once "under warranty". After the second fire grid started breaking up, I went hi-q.

My first large Egg is over 22 years old, all original parts except for the bottom vent door which started to rust (I live on salt water).
Here is a thread I posted about it on my 20 year Eggiversary~

Had to dig around some. Came across a note recording butt temp increases from Aug. of '06. I spent more than 6 months chasing temps after I got Egg 1, and I do recall I got it in mid-June during a summer vacation. So prob'ly '05.#1, "Vesuvio" needed a fire box replacement about 5 years in. I messed up #2, "Mauna" last summer, bent the dome band beyond recovery. Otherwise, a paint chip here and there, and lots of gaskets. New wood for the handles.
