isn’t there an Eggfest in early April in Texas? I haven’t been anywhere is quite some time and I would rather travel West than east and before hurricane season rather than in it. Big attendance?

    I've had good things about Athens eggfest. I have a place in cedar Creek lake, may need to be at the festival this year.  Love the railway Cafe!

    Its a wonderful fest, at a wonderful venue. Kids have a lot of fun there, so bring them :)

    Last year I ran into a guy at Athens who built for me a custom cutting board for my outdoor cart.  It is a great place to spend time with the family and taste some really good food.
