Isn’t that more than new? I paid $1100 for my xl last spring with a nest and handler. I don’t know large prices I guess. Wow that’s a lot. I hate when people selling something new immediately believe they get full retail.

Here is a large still in the box for $550 outside of Memphis. This would be a great deal if you could somehow get the warranty (it sounds like it hasn't been registered, so that may be possible, but I don't know)

Last month here, you could buy a new large, plate setter, egg mates, nest for $999 delivered.

That seems awfully steep for a 2nd hand egg that will have questionable warranty support. I bought a used/demo large from a dealer, so it wasn't new, but theoretically has full warranty, for several hundred less than that (with nest and plate setter).
