Rollin with Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Cubed up most of a pork belly from Costco and put it on a stainless steel baking rack for easy transition into egg. Rubbed with a combination if BBBR & Brown Sugar. Smelling good so far! Using modifications from @lousubcap and @Sea2Ski on this batch. Thanks Guys!

I'll say these pork belly burnt ends are far superior to the pork shoulder burnt ends I'm used to. They were delicious, but maybe a once a year treat. That's a lot of fat to gorge on! A run is in order for tomorrow!Milton, GA
