Sunday night Beef Ribs

Just a couple of shorty beef ribs, rubbed with Dizzy Pig Red Eye and on the MM at 250 for some hours.

    Wow that looks nice!!! I looks like you have a FB hooked up? If so how well does it work on your Mini Max? I have a mini and wouldn't mind trying to replicate this..

    Yea I do have FB and I use it only on the MM and it works great!!! I don't use it on the Large. I use my MM alot and when doing long cooks, 5 hours or more the FB keeps the temp it within range.

    Thanks for the info.... I kinda abuse my Mini, I use Kingsford and essentially only cook a quick burger or some wings, looks like I better expand my horizons :) Thanks again for the post and information!
