Mixed some Mayo, Sweet Chili Sauce and Sriracha for the sauce. Coated shrimp with sone cornstarch and into the wok we go Sauced once shrimp were almost done
Then plated on top of some lettuce and purple cabbage

What sweet Chile sauce did you use? The texture of the last one I tried was awful. It tasted like it had shredded paper bits in it.
