    Good for those of you that can do this. I personally can't even think about having someone stick an IV in my arm and leaving it there for an extended period of time. I finally worked up the courage the other day to get my finger pricked in a wellness visit for the 1st time to check my cholesterol levels. It's purely psychological for me. The pain doesn't bother me. A traumatic hospital visit when I was a kid ruined that for me for the rest of my life.

    I’m very close to you with needle phobia and have worked at giving blood over the years. Same issue with hospital scare and needles when I was a kid. I made a run for it. They caught me at the elevator!

    have worked a few drives but my blood temp was always too high to donate. do they still take your temp, i average about 99.9, sometimes a little higher

    My average temp is 96.6. Takes some effort to have a fever. Pressure is pretty low too.
