First Cook of 2019

First cook of the new year.  Went with the classic - pork butt.

New year with new toy - Thermoworks Signals.

Probes 2 & 3 in same butt.  Probe 4 in other. I think probe 2 is closer to surface. It is still higher - 163° vs 150°.

Should be interesting.  Egg decided to go turbo on me. It took a while to cool down so timing is a complete guess now.   Watching football and eating snacks so this may end up as desert during the Sugar Bowl. 😀
