    This time of year, see if yours still has rack of pork.  It's a seasonal item, and a much faster/easier cook than brisket.  Since it is seasonal, get one now, while you can.

    Kirkland Cabernet is wonderful as well as the unsalted mixed nuts for those who watch the sodium- great quality mix.  Brisket👍 and chuckies.
    1. Bettendorf, Ia with lots of time in Chattanooga, Tn.  LBGE, plate setter, ar, Looft lighter, maverick et-735, Rutland gasket, Smokeware SS cap, Kickash basket, and lots of cast iron.
  • When I was a kid we would make a Costco trip to Anchorage a couple times a year.
     Mom and dad would push two flat bed carts of groceries out the door for $300-$400. It would fill half the back of a pickup truck.

     Fast forward 25 years... $300 gets you maybe a shopping cart!
