NYE Prime Rib Rest

Doing a NYE Prime Rib. Going to cut the bones off, season and inject, then tie the bones back on. Roasting rack, bones down at 250 until internal is 120, then pulling to rest. Should I FTC for 1 hour? Half hour? I think the last time I did it, I let it rest for 20 minutes or so and didn’t FTC it, just foil. Turned out pretty good, but not great. Thanks!

My recommendation is to pull at 115 and remove the rib rack and then sear until 125-130 depending on your preferences. Warning: you will get a major flare up unless you have GrillGrates. You can also get a sear in your oven, set at 600
