Tried the green lightning shrimp tonight. Sort of a mixed bag. Strips came out well and shrimp was tasty. Need to find a way to keep shrimp warm while I'm eating. I don't enjoy eating cold shrimp.

I took the shrimp straight from the grill to the table. I'm a teacher and used to eating fast so I try to enjoy every bite when I am able to take my time.mEGG_My_Day said:Eat faster

We serveĀ the shrimp as an ABT, then a little later the entries. It gives more wine drinking time. Ā But that's just us.Ā

Warm your plates up before serving. Stick them in the oven for a few minutes at 250-300. Maybe put them in when cooking the steaks, then do the shrimp while steaks rest, then plate.
