Dos Huevos,
They are aready cooked, you just want to warm them up. I usually microwave them. As far as a recipe, one word, butter. -RP

Time to throw a fit for another large.
I use garlic butter for flavor.[p]Mike

Dos Huevos,
I hate to say it,but some things just shouldn't be cooked on the egg (there I said it).
25 years ago,I used to catch these guys commercially and had a part in catching several million lbs.
Crabs have to be cooked immediatly after being butchered. So unless your lucky enough to find them being sold alive, they have been cooked. My preferred method of heating them is in a collander over a big pot of boiling water. If they are completly thawed, about 8-10 min. should do.Drag through the clarrified butter and enjoy.
If Harry's Farmers Market in N. Atlanta is still there, you could get live ones there sometimes. If you can find 'em, pay whatever you have to, they are like night and day to frozen.(like any seafood)

<p />Pork Puller,

i'm gonna have to disagree with you on the cooking on the egg part. everything can be cooked on the egg. except the beer![p]
