    Many years ago, maybe 16 or 17, the wife and I went to a wedding for one of her coworkers.  I believe it was in St Francis, WI the wedding dinner was a buffet with huge platters of polish sausage and raw beef with onions and rye bread...BEST wedding I ever when to.
