Christmas Prime Rib and Tenderloin at same time?

Will be feeding approx 15 people for Christmas dinner. At Thanksgiving, most preferred tenderloin over prime rib and 4 OR 5 of us prefer prime rib.
I'm thinking a whole tenderloin a 4-5 pound prime rib and doing a reverse sear on both. So they're both done at approx. the same time, would you start the tenderloin or prime rib first OR should they cook about the same time to get to 125ish and onto the sear?
Is 4-5 pound or prime rib too big for 4-5 people?
Thanks for weighing in.

I cooked tenderloin and prime rib a couple of years ago for Christmas. APL recipe for the tenderloin on the egg and deep fried the prime rib. Timing them was easy.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

The tenderloin will be done sooner. Due to smaller diameter. I would think that is a good size for PR. As you will have end-cuts unless a couple really want them.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

In my opinion, they both do well with extended rest. I don’t sear either myself. I would start the rib befor the tenderloin....but again, it want hurt either to rest while the other reaches desired temp (hopefully medium rare).Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
