Friday night steak

Friday night I was a bachelor so a steak was the obvious choice, in addition, I cooked some asparagus and a potato. A recent thread was started "where do you buy you meat from" I got to thinking, I'll leave the Costco steaks in the freezer and give the butcher a shot, big mistake, thin and a bit chewy. From now on, Costco only for steaks. Thanks in advance for looking:

  • Looks like a good meal for a bachelor night, just missing the beverage to round it all out. I tend to only buy whole loins or rib roasts from Costco and slice them to size myself

Funny you mention that, I'm kinda a food snob, car snob.. I guess if I were a girl I'd e considered "high maintenance" but I fancy vodka and this is my best tasting choice, and keep in mind I pour 80% vodka and 20% water:
    Smirnoff No 21 Vodka

So I guess I'm a high roller in the beverage department ha. ha.
