SV Chicken Breast,Asparagus and Cauli Mash with Mushroom Gravy

Hit four chicken breast with SPOG and EVOO and into the water bath for 2 hrs at 146°.  Then into the CI for the sear
 

While the small handled the asparagus I whipped up the cauli mash inside 


And plated 


Killer taste on all accounts but  I think I overdid the chicken a bit.
